Personal Care Challenges for Autistic Young People – Workshop

In Person Workshop – Personal Care Challenges for Autistic Young People on Wednesday 4th February at 10am-11.30am at the Autism Hub, Gordon Street, South Shields, NE33 4JP

We ran some In-Person workshops last year and after lots of positive feedback we received, we are pleased to be offering this type of support to our families again in 2026!

This workshop will be presented in person by our Occupational Therapist, Sophie Pearson. The session is aimed at parents/carers who find personal care routines a challenge with their child. We will cover common difficulties experienced by autistic children and offer helpful and practical advice that you as a parent/carer can use to support your child to feel more confident and supported in completing their own personal care routines.
