Understanding Autism – Workshop
In Person Workshop – Understanding Autism on Wednesday 22nd April at 10am-11.30am at the Autism Hub, Gordon Street, South Shields, NE33 4JP
We ran some In-Person workshops last year and after lots of positive feedback we received, we are pleased to be offering this type of support to our families again in 2026!
Parents and Carers are often overwhelmed when the term autism is mentioned to them, especially in relation to their own child. This workshop will be presented in person by Fiona Richards, Autism Hub Manager and Lynda Richardson, Head of Operations to help you begin your journey into a better understanding of what it means to be autistic and how you as a parent/carer can feel more confident in supporting and understanding your child.
