Autism and Mental Health Difficulties Workshop
We are pleased to offer this workshop on Tuesday 10th March 2026 10am – 12pm. It is presented by child and adolescent psychotherapist Carolyn Morgan, looking at Autism and Mental Health Difficulties in Children and Young People. The mental health needs of autistic people are often overlooked. Problems such as anxiety, depression and obsessive behaviours can be common. It is difficult to find help and support for these issues. For our young people it may be very hard for them to communicate how they are feeling. We may see school avoidance, eating difficulties, self-harming behaviour, meltdowns, and troubled peer or sibling relationships amongst other problems.
