Vacancy for Autism Family Support  Administrator

The Toby Henderson Trust continues to expand.  Our service is very busy and “all round” experienced, passionate and skilled help is now sought to work within our incredible team.

We are currently inviting applications for a very special “all – round” person to take on the role of Autism Family Support Administrator to join Team Toby. It is anticipated that ongoing adaptations to current contracts will flex and bend to meet the needs of our families across the region and consequently we are seeking to recruit someone with a high degree of flexibility, with the inherent ability to adapt confidently and competently as contracts progress and embrace all challenges presented across The Toby Henderson Trust – be it monitoring and evaluation, receiving and acknowledging of referrals, booking appointments for families with our Specialist Autism Practitioners and assisting with the team with some group support appointments.

Applications are invited from individuals with a solid background in autism (either professionally or lived experience) and exceptional administration skills, including data management and possessing a high level of computer literacy.

In terms of commitment, the hours will be Monday to Friday 9.00am- 4.00pm and salary will be determined by experience. The job role will be subject to an enhanced DBS, the cost of which will be met by TTHT.
